TMM Tracking Money Movement

Privacy policy

Version 2026-09-03.

What we hold

We never ask for online banking credentials and we do not connect to your bank.

How it is kept apart

Each customer's financial data lives in its own separate database file. It is not pooled in shared tables, so there is no query anyone could write — by accident or otherwise — that reaches across customers.

What we do with it

We use it to run the service for you and nothing else. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use your financial data to train machine-learning models. Aggregate, non-identifying counts (how many customers, how many statements processed) may be used to describe the service.

Who else sees it

Only the people running TMM, and only when necessary to operate it or when you ask for support. Our hosting provider stores the encrypted disks the data sits on. If we are ever legally compelled to disclose data we will tell you unless prohibited from doing so.

Email

We send only service email: verification codes, partner invitations, password resets and important notices about the service. No marketing without your explicit opt-in.

Keeping and deleting

Your data stays until you delete it. Deleting your account removes your database and uploaded files from live systems immediately, and from backups within 30 days. Account records needed for legal or accounting reasons may be kept longer in minimal form.

Your rights

You can access, export, correct or delete your data from the settings page, or by emailing us. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to processing or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
